  • Our invoices display clearly ALL CHARGES and you can go online at any time to see the current cost of your breakdown.

  • We ask you to grade the service you receive from the service agent which will contribute towards the service agent’s overall grading, and help to improve service standards.
   
 

Rescue Online Subscriber Incident Handling Charges as at 1st August 2006

Scheme Management Fee

Retail jobs - 10% of full cost of Agent services (excluding VAT) added to your bill.

Incident Management Fee

Control Room Incident Management - £15.00

This charge will only apply in the following circumstances:

  • You request the ROL Control Centre to manage a breakdown incident on your behalf

  • Additional guarantee of payment is required

  • The incident requires ROL intervention for whatever reason

Our 24/7 control room will take care of your job deployment, agent communications, payment guarantees and ensure you receive the best possible service every step of the way.

All charges exclude VAT which will be applied at the prevailing rate (currently 17.5%).
