You then have the option to pass the job to the Rescue Online control room or manage
the breakdown yourself

– choose the service you require, then select, allocate and contact the agent from
the displayed information. After obtaining guarantee of payment through our secure
e-commerce facility, assistance should soon be on its way!
You can go back into the incident
at any time to add call logs, timings and manage all the details by simply logging
onto your Rescue Online Customer home page.
